SalesRecruitmentGroup is looking for a (Senior) Sales Executive with a passion for conversational AI

As Sales Executive at Conversation Design Institute, you are responsible for growing B2B revenues but also maintaining and building great and long-lasting relations with the clients.  You will need a deep knowledge of their training and certification programs to be able to act as a sparring partner and advisor to the HR professionals of the (potential) clients. You will be responsible for building their enterprise offering to better fit our customer needs, now and in the future. Furthermore, you will be self-driven and working closely together with the founders and the marketing team. You will be part of the management team.

Key responsibilities

  • Ability to set sales targets and achieve them effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
  • Experience in using Hubspot (or other CRM) to manage the sales process and forecasting
  • Selling a vision to decision-makers & C-level board members as well as to HR managers
  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns
  • Ability to design and implement a successful sales strategy
  • Ability to guide and mentor future team members
  • Planning, organization and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced time management skills

Your background 

You have at least 7 years of experience in B2B sales roles and have been working on large international accounts, preferably in online business. At least two years you have been working in Edtech or in e-learning. You know how to function in a team, but you are not shy off stepping out of the shadows when it all comes down to you.
